Account Security Verification Steps

Retention Periods Tied to Purpose

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Transaction records are held for the period required by applicable financial law; once that period lapses and your account is closed, we purge identifiable data from live systems.

No Third-Party Data Sales

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Data passed to Paytm, PhonePe or UPI payment rails is the minimum required to process your transaction and is not stored by us beyond the confirmation record.

How to Request a Full Data Export

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select 'Download My Data'. We compile a machine-readable file of all information we hold on you and deliver it to your registered email within 15 business days of your confirmed request.
